OUR SERVICES
Starting prices reflect 1,000 square feet before re-striping. Final pricing uses actual surface area and measured line footage. Re-striping covers existing standard 4-inch lines. New layouts cost more; symbols and specialty markings are quoted separately. Sealcoating, repair allowances, and re-striping apply in Year 1 only.

Clean & Clear

Keep your asphalt clean with one sweep-and-blow visit each year to remove loose dirt and debris. Includes three cleaning visits over three years. Sealcoating and repairs are available separately.
Refresh
3-Year Plan | Starting at $1,800
Includes annual cleaning for three years, plus one coat of sealer and up to 50 linear feet of hot rubber crack sealing in Year 1. Years 2 and 3 include a visual maintenance review. Additional crack sealing: $1 per linear foot.
Protect
3-Year Plan | Starting at $2,210
Includes annual cleaning for three years. Year 1 includes two coats of sealer, up to 100 linear feet of crack sealing, and up to 100 linear feet of re-striping. Years 2 and 3 include a visual maintenance review.
Extra crack sealing: $1 per linear foot.
Extra re-striping: $0.75 per linear foot.
Restore & Protect
3-Year Plan | Starting at $2,660
Includes annual cleaning for three years. Year 1 includes two coats of sealer, up to 150 linear feet of crack sealing, one infrared burn, and up to 200 linear feet of re-striping. Years 2 and 3 include a visual maintenance review.
Extra crack sealing: $1 per linear foot.
Extra re-striping: $0.75 per linear foot.
Extra infrared burns: $350 each.
